Welcome Back

First of all, welcome back to Heatherhopefarm.com. We had just started enjoying our web site when we were invaded by malware from hell. The bit of stuff that wrecked havoc had a .ru suffix, which indicates something from Russia with love.
We have our loyal web techy and son, Jeremiah Seraphine, to thank for doing so much work to fix things. He worked for days to clean up the site, but then took the nuclear option of taking down our site completely and putting it on a new host, which is Media Temple. Jeremiah assures us it is a dandy site with lots of protections.
So welcome back to Heatherhopefarm.com. We hope to say and do good things through this web site and our blogs. We hope you can be part of the conversation.

About John

John is a retired pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America who has served congregations for over 40 years, including in rural, suburban, campus ministry and urban settings. His love of Border Collie sheepdogs has been fortified by his many friendships with shepherds all around the world. Nothing he has ever or will ever accomplish is as significant as the patience God, his wife and his friends have shown in putting up with his deficiencies.

  1. Mary Miller says:

I love this website! Did you design it?
I hope to bring a friend with me to Midsummer. Will let you know in early July and can bring anything you need.

  2. John says:

    Mary:

Our son, Jeremiah, designed the site. He is a real whiz.

We do hope you will be able to join us for the Midsummer Fest. It will be a great evening, and quite relaxed.

    Peace,

    John Seraphine
